Untying the Knots of the Heart came at a really crucial time in my faith journey. I was struggling to feel God's presence in my life and doubted whether I could truly trust Him. Being a Christ follower almost all of my life and being raised in a believing home these thoughts and feelings were earth shaking for me.
I found my UTK small group to be a place where I could question those doubts openly and seek soul altering truth about who God the Father is and how vast and deep his love for me is. UTK has reshaped the way I see and relate to the Trinity and has strengthened my dependence on the gospel of grace. When I finished my first UTK as a participant I couldn't wait to tell others about my experience. It's my belief that this is important and maybe even crucial work for the believer

I facilitate UTK groups because I love watching the Lord heal wounds and transform hearts. Transformation and growth light me up. I am honored to hear stories of pain and shame, and then watch the weight of shame diminish as participants lean into relationship with God, me, and others in the group. It is precious to watch someone’s eyes light up and their face soften as they digest for the first time the depth of love God has for them.
My faith and hope are continually strengthened as I walk this journey with others toward healing and transformation.

Untying the Knots of the Heart was invaluable for me in unraveling the false beliefs I had and how they affected my decision making in ways I had never realized. I would recommend UTK to any person who wants to get past those pesky, recurring decisions that keep all of us stuck. It was truly a life changing experience.
